Thank you for choosing our products. All items are custom-made and shipped directly from our factory in China. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Order Cancellation

• Within 24 hours of purchase: You may cancel your order for a full refund.

• After 24 hours of purchase: Your order will be submitted to production. No cancellation requests will be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

• All products are custom-made. We do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or does not meet expectations).

• For quality-related issues (e.g., damaged, wrong item received), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be intercepted or recalled once shipped from our factory. Please double-check product specifications, sizes, and quantities before placing your order.
