Thank you for choosing our products. All items are custom-made and shipped directly from our Chinese factory. Please double-check your order before placing it.

Order Cancellation:

• Within 24 hours of purchase: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund.

• After 24 hours: The order has entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds:
We accept returns only for products with quality issues (e.g., damage or incorrect item received). Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photo/video evidence. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the issue is due to product quality: We will cover the return shipping costs.

• If there is no product defect and you wish to return the item: You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and any related costs incurred.

Important Notes:

• Once shipped, orders cannot be intercepted or recalled. Please carefully confirm product specifications, size, and quantity before placing your order.
