Logistics Policy:
Order Processing and Production:
Your order will be sent to the Chinese factory for production within 24 hours after purchase.
The production cycle is approximately 5-20 days (varies depending on the customization time for each product).
After confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled or modified within 24 hours.
Transportation Methods and Delivery Time:
We offer two options: air freight and sea freight:
1. For large items, we will use economy sea freight delivery: approximately 6-7 weeks for non-urgent orders.
2. For small items, we will use air express packaging delivery: approximately 10-14 days.
The delivery time is based on the shipping date after production completion (the production cycle is approximately 5-20 days, varying for each product).
Note: The preparation period for air express packages plus the shipping time is generally within 14-21 days, and you can receive the goods.
Delivery Service:
We provide door-to-door delivery service (installation is not included).
The goods will be delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure the address is accurate.
Additional costs for address errors will be borne by the buyer.
Price and Charges:
All product prices include shipping fees, customs duties, and door-to-door delivery fees.
Order Tracking:
After your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number to allow you to check the delivery status at any time.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, customs inspections, carrier issues, or other force majeure factors. However, we will assist you in communicating with the carrier.
If a package is lost during transportation, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Important Sign-Off Reminder
Please check for any obvious damage when signing for the package. If damage is found, take photos for retention and immediately refuse to sign and contact us.
Claims for damage submitted after signing will not be accepted.
